Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made orders. However, if for any reason your order arrives damaged or defected or you have received an incorrect order you have 3 DAYS from the date of delivery to notify me via the Contact Form.

All other Items can be returned in the condition in which you have received it within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

If a return is authorised it is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, it is recommended that you send the parcel back using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
