Processing Times

Please allow up to 5 business days for shoe ear/bow orders and up to 3 business days for bag orders. This does NOT include the delivery time. The processing time for all orders placed on a weekend will start on the first working day (Monday) so your order will be processed and dispatched within the stated timeframes from that date.
