What Is Your Processing/Dispatch Time?

Please allow up to 5 business days for shoe ear/bow orders and up to 3 business days for bag orders. This does NOT include the delivery time.

The processing time for all orders placed on a weekend will start on the first working day (Monday) so your order will be processed and dispatched within the stated timeframes from that date.
What Postal Services Do You Use?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 business days delivery aim)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 business days delivery aim)

I will do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them as these times are just estimates given by Royal Mail. As ever there can be delays in postal arrival times and I hold ‘NO’ responsibility for delayed packages.

If you order gets returned to me due to not being collected from Royal Mail in time you are responsible for paying the postage cost to post your order out to you again. Refunds are not possible in this case as I have fulfilled and posted your order correctly. 
Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently I only ship the UK.
Do You Do Custom Orders?

Unfortunately, I do not do custom orders at this time.
Do You Accept Returns or Cancellations?

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made orders. However, if for any reason your order arrives damaged or defected or you have received an incorrect order you have 3 DAYS from the date of delivery to notify me via the Contact Form.

All other Items can be returned in the condition in which you have received it within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

If a return is authorised it is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, it is recommended that you send the parcel back using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
